Split Pay Option
Thank You for choosing Silk Bunny Hair Extensions for your Quality Hair Extensions and Custom Wigs needs. A valid email address is needed that you have full access to for this payment option, for all payments and communication will be done through invoice and emails. A non- refundable 50% deposit + 4% Split Pay fee is due when order is placed. All orders ship after final payment is received. Processing is 2-5 business days, wig construction is approximately 5-10 business days, shipping is typically 2-5 business days.
Hair
You have 30 days to make full payment. If a balance is due 1 week before the 30th day a reminder email and invoice will be sent for full/final payment. You will have 1 week from that date to pay the remaining balance.
Wigs
Wigs are hand made when ordered unless stated ready-to-ship, please allow at least 3 weeks for processing and construction of your unit. Once complete a email notification of finished product will be sent, if a balance is still remaining you will have 2 weeks/14 days from that date to pay your remaining balance.
Payment Extensions
If an additional 2 weeks is need please let us know, we are here for and value our customers a 4% fee will be applied to the remaining balance, a new invoice will be sent with the updated balance and due date.
If no response or payment is made by day 30/week 4 the order will be cancelled/closed without further notice.
